REVSTRONG SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

REVSTRONG Semi-Private Sessions are a small-group strength training experience designed to bridge the gap between large group classes and 1-on-1 personal training. Each session is capped at a maximum of six people, ensuring that you get hands-on coaching from a certified trainer who provides cueing, form correction, technique breakdowns, and personalized adjustments tailored to your goals. These sessions focus on masterful movement — teaching fundamentals like squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries — in a quieter, more intentional setting without loud music, club-style lighting, or faster pacing.

Inside a typical Semi-Private Session, you’ll experience a structured plan that includes mobility work, movement preparation, strength circuits coached in real time, accessory conditioning, and wrap-up Q&A for recovery guidance. This format delivers more individualized attention than standard group classes and much of the benefit of personal training, but at a more accessible price point.
