WELCOME, TOUR + FIRST SESSION
Show up early. We'll walk you through the studio, break down how the workout works, and then you'll jump straight into that day's session with the group.
SCAN + TRAIN
Arrive a few minutes early for your InBody scan — your real baseline. Then hit your second session and start feeling the rhythm.
DIFFERENT DAY, DIFFERENT FOCUS
Train another day on the schedule. Different muscle groups, same energy, same coaching. This is how the week actually flows.
