Arrive a few minutes early for your InBody scan — your real baseline. Then hit your second session and start feeling the rhythm.

GOOD TO KNOW

I'm new to lifting. Is this for me?
Yes. Especially yes. Our trainers prescribe and scale every movement to where you are right now. The room is dark, there are no mirrors, and nobody is watching. You'll learn how to lift the right way, with people who actually coach you through it.
How many sessions should I plan to do?
Our goal is to get you in the studio 3 to 4 times during your trial week. That's enough to feel the system, get comfortable with the trainers, hit different focus days on the schedule, and walk out with a real understanding of how we train.
What happens at my first session?
Show up about 15 minutes early. A trainer will give you a quick tour of the studio and walk you through how the workout is structured so you know exactly what to expect. Then you jump into that day's session with the group. The InBody scan happens at your second session.
What if I can't make all 7 days?
You're not supposed to. We're aiming for 3 to 4 sessions across the week — enough to experience different focus days and find the times that work for you. You have 7 days from your start date and you can come on whatever days fit your schedule.
What should I bring to my first session?
Workout clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to try something new. We provide everything else. Just remember to show up 15 minutes early so we can give you the tour and walk through the workout.
What's a session like?
Welcoming, encouraging, big energy, and a real community. A trainer leads you through prescribed strength work in a dark, music-driven room. Every movement is scalable to where you are. You'll work hard, you'll know exactly what you're doing and why, and you'll feel like you belong from day one.
Can I bring a friend?
Each trial is for one person, but if a friend wants in, send them this page. Training together is one of the best ways to actually stick with it.
